- As a Client Services Manager, you will be responsible for forging and maintaining key relationships, delivering staffing solutions to Fortune 100 companies through their contingent staffing MSP providers, and building and leading the recruitment teams internally to drive the successful delivery of contract and permanent staffing services.


- Your role comes with absolute independence and responsibility to exploit the business opportunities with existing clients and execute the overall corporate strategy to enable VARITE as a leading player in the USA. VARITE offers best-of-the-industry recurring margin incentives and takes pride in being the best paymaster in the industry.


- As a Client Services Manager, VARITE is looking for a leader with great integrity, ethics, professionalism, and astute business skills.


The ideal candidate will have:


- Experience in managing and delivering MSP-based contract staffing programs for the USA and Canada markets.


- Ability to drive the MSP-defined scorecard metrics and strive to maintain the Top 3 rankings in the program.


- Experience supporting the clients in any of the following industries: technology, energy/utilities, banking, and government.


- Build and mentor a team of strong recruiters and team leads.


- A strong sales attitude to capture the maximum spend, headcount, and profit margins.


- Effective communication skills to impress MSP Program teams.


- Prior hands-on recruitment experience is required. An education degree in any of the following disciplines: B.E./B.Tech (Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical), MBA, MCA/BCA, or Diploma in Computer Science.
