Account Receivables Specialist - Infrastructure

We are hiring for a AM - Accounts Receivables for our client with pan India presence for multiple locations

Experience : 1+yrs Post qualification.Experience of handling voluminous data

Education : CA / MBA Finance Regular / ICWA

Job Purpose :

Ensure timely & correct updating of revenue invoices & collection received from customer in books.

Preparation of monthly reconciliation with customers & dispute pack on weekly basis on the basis of reconciliation & send the same to corporate.

Circulate monthly SOA to internal customers (S&C) & follow up for closure of pending invoices.

To control and assure revenue applying specified validation checks so that revenue gets generated in time, accurately and finally gets collected

KRA :

Dispute Resolution

Overdues as a % to total outstanding debtors

Closure of open Reconciliation items on monthly basis

Sharing of pendency of Manual RFAI and RFS on ISQ on weekly basis during the month & ensure no pendency on last day of month

Monthly Rent Master Reconciliation and rent agreement

Monthly closing & Schedules

Revenue Enhancement and Process improvement projects

Pre & Post Bill Validations - Energy & Rental Billing

AOP & Forecast Preparation- Revenue related

Internal audit score for AR
