Account Planner - Quantitative Research - Agency & Brand Consulting Firm

We are looking for Account planner for well known advertising group . Following is the detailed JD for the same.

Job responsibilities :

- Competitive gaming : Study of business models and competitive behaviour of identified competition towards predicting their likely moves, leading to scenario building and powerful strategies for the client - Consumer Insights

- Identification of growth vectors for business and brands : Study of brand equity, competencies and opportunities leading to identification of best growth areas and their sizing.

- Positioning and brand rejuvenation : Study of target audience, competition and client competencies leading to powerful hot-spot strategies and tactics for quick business rejuvenation

- Sales / marketing process improvements : Study of existing way of working, co-creating with the client a remodelled, streamlined and effective process followed by monitoring of its implementation.

- Marketing effectiveness monitoring : Use of analytics and research leading to a measure of marketing efficiency and effectiveness against set objectives. This often followed by ideation with client for improved effectiveness

- The company uses primary and secondary research, proprietary and public domain concepts on a regular basis.

- We are out to recruit a strong pillar of our consulting practice.

Experience :

- Preferably in brand consulting / strategic planning (in one of the top 20 agencies) / mix of qualitative and quantitative research, brand management with a liking for research. A mix of these areas of experience is particularly helpful.

Education : MBA or equivalent from a premier institute

Key skills :

- Excellent understanding of marketing, research and advertising

- Some understanding of the sales process, basics of business finance and analytics

- Reporting to Head of Consulting and analytic Practice.
