Job description
- Head the planning function for the Bangalore office, working in close tandem with different teams and with leaders of the agency
- Expected to work across Brand Planning, Consumer Personas, Customer Journeys, CRM, Digital marketing, etc.
- Strong understanding and exposure to Digital Marketing, Social, the platforms, channels Content Marketing, etc. Prior experience in Digital and Social preferred but not a must
- Understanding of the Tech and B2B space will be an added advantage
- Ability to play an intelligent partner to the client through gaining market, category and consumer intelligence . Areas include market trends, category dynamics, consumer behaviour, competitive intelligence, etc
- Leads account planning - Reactively and Proactively - on assigned brands
- Is the first point of contact for client on planning requirements like concepts, briefs, analysis and research debriefs
- Works in conjunction with account management & creative to provide day to day planning support to client. Is able to proactively create new briefs with the client on top of those received
- Ability to Drive and Lead New Client Pitches for the branch
- Strong Communication & Presentation Skills
Requirements
- Strong understanding of Digital Marketing, Social Media, CRM
- Ability to build user journey and a marketing plan based on that
- Excellent presentation skills
Education - any course specialised in digital marketing in addition to any graduation/post graduation
