Account Marketing - International

This is an exciting opportunity for the SMART Account Program - Geo Lead to leverage Marketing services to enhance brand image, drive brand engagement and increase wallet share for a portfolio of Accounts.

- You will need to work closely both with the Account Marketing Leads and Strategic Marketing teams to ensure that the client experience is outstanding and that we are maximizing all revenue opportunities.

- The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational, communication, sales and relationship building skills.

- You will be proactive in your day-to-day management of Accounts and be able to spot Analyst, Media, Thought Leadership and Relationship-build opportunities to create top-of-mind recall, drive customer-centric campaigns, identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities in order to enable ambitious Account Growth Plans.

Key Duties and Responsibilities :

- Work with the Account Marketing Leads to uncover business needs, objectives, vision, focus technology / SL / domain and identify/implement marketing solutions to re-enforce and differentiate positioning

- Build a Strategic Account Marketing plan that leverages our Marketing Services to competitively position

- Build industry knowledge, credibility and leadership within the Account teams, so the same is percolated to the customer organisation

- Conceptualize meaningful communication collaterals and customer-centric campaigns

- Provide meaningful information to the Account Marketing Leads, in order to capitalise and leverage Strategic Marketing services

- Ensure seamless on-ground execution by collaborating with the Strategic Marketing team

- Develop multi-tiered Account-Client relationships

- Enable internal brand & marketing training workshops and review meets

- Enable customer round-tables, innovation days, analyst workshops

- Familiar with digital marketing channels and leveraging new marketing tools and techniques

- Experience in account engagement or managing a portfolio of accounts

Skills & Personal Qualities :

Ability to :

- Present at both structured and informal meetings

- Communicate and sell at manager, director and business owner level

- Articulate complex and new concept offerings

- Understand the sales and marketing processes

- Negotiate and coerce conversations

- Stay abreast with new technologies/ methods/ tools

Specific requirements :

- Base location : Bangalore

- Ready to travel

- Experience : 8 - 11 years

- Qualification : MBA
