Role and Responsibilities:
- Ownership and accountability of delivery for clients allocated with respect to management and delivery.
- Nurturing and sustaining relationships with clients allocated to bring in dependability.
- Developing a thorough understanding of client needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions.
- Acting as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth and clear communication at all times.
- Addressing and resolving key clients- queriers and pain points.
- Gather required info to set up and onboard new clients.
- Implement best practices to ensure success of campaigns.
- Oversee strategic development and execution of Meera Campaigns.
- Work on new use cases and conversation flows with the product team.
- Taking proactive measures to ensure best delivery and results for the client.
- Coordination with various internal teams involved to provide best service to client.
- Constantly monitor and evaluate campaign metrics in order to make optimization recommendations that will drive further success.
- Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders.
