Account Manager

- Efficient follow-up of lead generation activity and maintain management of new and existing client accounts

- Work with Cresset Software team to ensure adequate resources for pre-sales activities

- Delivering and reporting progress to the Head of Sales APAC against the agreed commercial targets as defined in the Territory Sales Forecast

- Ensuring the routine operation of the Customer Relationship Management system for the UK and European Indian customer base

- Work with Marketing to develop and implement campaigns to promote Cresset Software

- Work with Finance Administration to ensure efficient purchase order processing

- Defining account plans for strategically important prospects and customers

- Represent Cresset Software and attend conferences, seminars, and exhibitions within the territory.

- Should be open to travel as required and have a hands-on approach to effectively manage the territory

- Monitoring expenditure in all territory Sales and Marketing activities, including Travel, Expenses, Entertainment, Accommodation, and Conference Fees, and ensuring it remains within the agreed budgets in the Budget and Business Plan documents

- Ensure feedback on competitive intelligence gained from third parties
