Role Description:
- The Sales and Account Management role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients and customers to promote the company's products
- The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building long term relationships, and maintaining existing accounts. They will also be responsible for meeting sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction
Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets
- Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities and building relationships with potential clients
- Maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients by understanding their needs and requirements, and offering solutions that meet those needs
- Conducting presentations and product demonstrations to clients and prospective customers
- Coordinating with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure customer satisfaction
- Preparing and presenting sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Negotiating contracts and agreements with clients and partners
- Maintaining a thorough knowledge of the company's products, industry trends, and competitors
