We are seeking for Head Sales- BFSI positions for a very reputed South African company specializing in information technology services, with operations on every inhabited continent. Its focusing area includes network integration, security solutions, data centre solutions, converged communications, customer interactive solutions, Microsoft solutions and a range of professional, consulting, managed and support services.
The incumbent will be responsible for:
1. Achieving, booking revenue and profit targets for the Vertical. Complete P& L responsibility.
2. Should have been selling in the BFSI space for last 5 to 6 years in India.
3. Proven track record of meeting Sales goals in BFSI space in India
4. Existing client & partner relationship in the BFSI sector.
5. Networking with key decision makers, industry bodies, sourcing advisory firms & other influences in the BFSI sector.
6. Ability to construct & execute a multiyear business plan.
7. Build & nurture a successful national sales team addressing the vertical.
8. Indentifying emerging trends & share the company's response to participate in Greenfield opportunities in this sector.
9. Build strong BFSI value proposition.
10. Create and drive unique compelling services that address the business solutions.
11. Develop aggressive hunting strategy around BFSI
12. To interface and communicate effectively with CXO/C- level people.
