Account Manager - Relationship & Insights - HRTech/Recruitment Background
One of our VC funded HRTech startup client is looking to hire a sharp candidates from Job Portal/HRTech/Recruitment Background.
Customer Insight & Relationship
Role & Responsibilities :
- Understand in depth how companies and consultants manage hiring process (sourcing, assessing, offer and onboarding) and analyze pain points and areas of opportunity by meeting and listening to them, and provide input to the product team;
Help the business team to build hypothesis on :
- Which segment of companies and/or consultants would be the initial target users of the product
- How strategically we should distribute and price the product
- Build relationship with relevant companies and consultants, so that they will adopt the product and keep providing detailed feedback.
Requirements :
- 4+ years of experience in full-stack talent acquisition or sales of HR Tech / Job portals kind of products.
- Recent work experience in tech / internet startup (preferable);
- Hands-on knowledge of how to source candidates from various sources;
- Ability to identify key factors out of many facts and data;
- Interested in and aware of the latest HR tech solutions, and preferably have used one or more of them;
- Have a personality (charm and trust that naturally attract anyone);
- Logical thinking and analytical; and
- Have a fundamental business/sales sense and mind.
