Account Manager
This role is based out of Dubai with a reputed executive search firm in the UAE.
Job Responsibilities :
- Full recruitment life cycle: Performs research based profile search, mapping, to source, evaluate and recommend quality talent
- Client Management: Communicates effectively with the clients, resolves delivery and client related issues, and manages escalations.
- Owns client relationships for key accounts with a strong understanding of their business priorities. Acts as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams and meeting established deadlines for the fulfilment of each client's long-term goals
- Business Development: Works on proposals, negotiations, brand management through effective written and verbal communication skills
- Team Management: Manages the delivery teams to ensure delivery of staffing requirements.
- Fulfils the company P&L objectives by ensuring collective achievement. This will be a team lead role supervising Consultants / Senior Consultants
Reporting to : Director Operations / Search Practice
Required Skills/Experience :
- 10-15 years of experience in Business Development & Account Management for large complex enterprise accounts in the B2B domain required
- Prior experience in Recruitment or Hiring is a must
- Entrepreneurially and commercially focused
- Strong relationship, communication, presentation, and marketing skills
- Experience with top recruiting agencies is a plus
- Should have a multi-industry exposure
