Responsibilities:
- Review existing candidate pipelines (Vendor + Internal).
- Match potential candidates for open positions.
- Trigger requests in case of gaps or open requirements.
- Work closely with clients to understand job requirements.
- Ensure accurate and complete job descriptions.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to build the right pipeline.
- Align with Recro's requirements for potential candidates.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients alongside Business Relationship Managers (BRM).
- Review progress, discuss feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with internal teams and hiring managers.
- Develop a deep understanding of the client's business, industry, and competitive landscape.
- Identify opportunities and risks.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction with products and services.
Collaborate with HR to release offers to selected candidates.
