Hiring for a leading client into Market Research

Position title: Account Manager- Qualitative

Location: Mumbai

Package upto 15LPA

Responsibilities:

Overall requirement:

Requirements for this role is excellent communication - being able to effectively communicate across a wide variety of stakeholders including, but not limited to, clients, managers, vendors and quality control teams; - in a timely and appropriate manner. Taking ownership for all communication across a project, knowing when to escalate appropriately when project specifications change and may affect budget & timings.

The candidate must be highly organized - efficiently prioritising across multiple projects and deadlines to meet key milestones in the lifecycle of a project. Projects and tasks delivered on time and to budget with excellent content management to ensure all documentation records are maintained adequately.

You will have the ability to overcome challenges in projects by devising and advising on potential options, drawing from experience and knowledge.

Implementing sustainable project processes and driving process and project improvements

Seeks opportunities to share learning

Required to follow the required processes, delivering results via best practice and ideally have a proven track record of delivering mid to high complexity ad hoc and rural market research projects

Client Relationship Management

Provide feedback on current projects, plan for pipeline and discuss general issues with client service teams (GADs and/or Ads)

Present Quality Control and Field & DP Partners feedback to CS monthly

Provide Operations expertise to CS teams on planning, scheduling and costing of projects

Represent Operations as part of Account Management team on important client meetings, pitches and presentations, when required

Project Management

Communicating with CS/ client to understand and document the business objectives
