Job description:
- Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet overall objectives
- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers on time
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
- Developing a complete understanding of key account needs
- Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members and stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies or company training
- Develop trust relationships with a portfolio by adding key accounts, goal-oriented, organized team player
- Should have Experience with Customer Relationship Management
