Minimum Experience/Personal Skill Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience working within a regulated industry (e.g., pharma)
- 5+ years' experience in Agency Account Management, Medical Affairs, or comparable roles
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven planning and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to analyze, interpret and present data for business understanding and drawing insights.
Additional Preferences:
- Experience with project management software (e.g., Wrike, JIRA) and proficiency in a variety of PC applications and databases including Microsoft Project, SAP (primarily project systems), Visio, Lucid Chart etc.
- Proficient in PowerBI and data analysis
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time with flexibility to adjust quickly and effectively to frequent change and altered priorities.
- Product Launch experience
- Strong Project Management Acumen
- Experience with medical approval systems (e.g., Veeva Vault Med Comms)
- Able to influence, collaborate and work effectively on a team.
- Demonstrated enthusiasm and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Skilled at analysis, judgment and decision making, with an eye toward quality and continuous improvement.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
