MANDATORY : 1. The Applicant should have worked in a IT Services Company for the last 3 to 5 years-Not even a IT PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT firm however this can be relaxed if candidate is a full time IIM graduate or from a premier management school. 2. Working with USA Customers (Especially Customers in the PACIFIC TIME ZONE - USA). 3. Consulting company experience any size is a must. Target Title : Applicants current with the following titles are preferred - Sr. Account manager, Account Directors, Customer Success Manager, Customer Partner, Customer Success Partner. Shift Timings : This will a CALFORNIA TIME overlap - Starts in the Afternoon and ends late Evening - India Time. Skills/Experience Required: 1. Excellent Presentation skills. 2. Roles &amp; Responsibilities: - As the Account Manager you will be operating as the lead point of contact for any/all matters specific to the customer account(s) you handle. - You will be responsible for delivering an unparalleled experience leveraging (The Client) solutions. - Develop excellent working relationships with the key individuals within your customer account(s) operational team. - Work closely and collaboratively with resources across the organization including Account Teams, Sales and Solution Engineers. - Maintain high-level technical knowledge of solutions and future directions. - Act as the single point of contact for the management of key customer and/or partner relationships and work alongside internal teams to ensure overall customer satisfaction on behalf of Support Services. - Work towards achieving target and increasing share of wallet in customer's CLIENT IT spend. - Work closely with the relevant ecosystem to address customer needs. - Should track quotes requests from Inception till closure. - The success of this role means working closely with the customers and generating new opportunities to the existing accounts in USA and INDIA.
