Account Manager

Location: Bangalore or Mumbai

enStage Software Pvt Ltd , an innovative payments solution provider is looking for individuals for the role of Account Manager.

Reporting to: VP, Sales / Head, Prepaid Payment Services

Role:

Own all activities related to the accounts handled:

- Front-end all activities relating to existing projects with the account

- Cross sell and up sell new products

- Manage customer expectations

- Build customer relationships at mid-management and executive levels

Scope the market for new opportunities and accounts:

- Gain a strong understanding of all the products and services offered by enStage

- Identify potential opportunities and pursue till closure

Lead new implementations/ projects:

- Frontend all new implementation and projects with the account

- Liaison between the customer and the implementation team

Required Profile:

- 5+ years experience in BFSI/ IT Account management role. Payment industry experience is a plus.

- Experience in account management in the banking industry

- Experience in customer management at operational management and executive managementlevel

- Must be from a Tier 1, Premier B-School (2008 batch or before).

Location:

- Bangalore or Mumbai; expect travel per industry standards for this role
