Job Description :

Position: Account Manager

Experience: 5+ years

Qualification: B Tech with MBA preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Responsible for overall delivery setup - estimation, execution and people management for the assigned software services projects/program workstreams in order to realise defined business outcomes with a minimum experience of 5 years

- Partner with Agile leads, other delivery leads, clients and other internal/ external stakeholders to drive effective adoption of best practices, deployment of processes, methodologies, and tools, execution of ceremonies and to drive continuous improvement on delivery engagements

- Manage relationships & status reporting within the organization, with clients & applicable third parties

- Manage internal and external dependencies for the project or program

- People management responsibilities for team members

- Participate in Delivery Management and (or) Agile communities

- Problem-solving competence and outstanding communication skills (preferred experienced with senior stakeholder interactions)

- Knowledge of Complete Software Development Life Cycle

Working Days : 5 Days a Week (10:00 AM to 7:00 PM)
