- Lead point of contact for all customer account engagement matters - Proficient in building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships, resulting in upselling and new business. - Able to Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits - Proficient in developing trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors - Forecast and track key account metrics - Monitor all open positions at all client locations and track them to ensure these positions close - Excellent interpersonal and communication. - Knowledge of big data, cloud, machine learning and artificial intelligence technologies - Coordinate proposal preparation including end to end solution design and development, solution architecture, infrastructure needs, resourcing and financial needs. - Track delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
