Job Description :

Your role would be to manage the relationship with accounts and take initiatives to improve the business performance of the account. You will own, grow and be responsible for your accounts.

- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with your accounts

- Ensure growth of your accounts. If you have the growth mindset, you're in the right role

- Operate as point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts

Here's what you'll do day-to-day:

- Monitor performance of your accounts

- Identify opportunities and take initiatives to grow the business of your accounts

- Meet and Negotiate with the restaurants on aspects like pricing and coverage of delivery areas

- Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal stakeholders

- Help solve any merchant operational or device issues

- Collaborate with central teams on various initiative

Competencies and skill required:

- 1 - 3 years of experience

- Stellar communication skills

- Someone who comes with a strong sense of initiative and enthusiasm

- Comfortable with ambiguity and unpredictable work hours

- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills

Salary offered: 6 - 7 LPA
