Position Overview:

- You will maintain and expand our relationship with strategically important Consumer customers.

- Assigned to a set of named farming and hunting Cosnumer customers, the Account Manager is responsible for achieving sales quota and assigned named account objectives.

- Also responsible for exploring new opportunities in hunting accounts in order to build a healthy pipeline of opportunities

- The Account Manager represents the entire range to assigned customers, while leading the customer account planning cycle and ensuring assigned customers- needs and expectations are met by the company.

Responsibilities:

- Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts for selling offerings in Consumer vertical

- Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers- expectations

- Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts. Dedicatedly leads a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical breakthroughs

- Dedicatedly assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis

- Leads efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel

Accountabilities and Performance Measures:

- Achieves assigned sales quota in named accounts.

- Builds a healthy pipeline of opportunities from both named and net new accounts

- Meets assigned expectations for profitability

- Achieves named customer objectives defined by company management

- Completes named customer account plans that meet company standards

- Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings

Qualifications

You should have:

- BE or B.TECH. MBA will be an added advantage

- Effective Communications & Interpersonal skills

- Good presentation skills

- Fair amount of Technology understanding

- Experience of selling to corporates
