- As an Account Manager - Agency for SMB Business, you will drive long-term growth sustainability at scale. Major responsibilities will include ensuring the achievement of sales targets in terms of the given revenues, volumes and market share. The incumbent should maintain a profitable business for their respective zones.
- Responsible for driving revenues from the SMB segment through Agency & Partnership.
- To Lead and ensure long term relationships with SMB and New Age Agencies.
- Maintaining good conversations with key stakeholders in the agency ecosystem.
- Communicating new product strategies to existing and new agencies, etc.
- Achieve sales targets in line with the target established for the area in terms of revenues & volumes.
- Work closely with the sales teams to understand the rhythm of the business and ensure timely fulfillment to end customers.
- Promote the brand within the channel community by planning and executing the right marketing activities & programs
