Account Manager - BPO

- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including: Month and end-year process, Accounts Payable, Cash Receipts, General Ledger, Treasury, Budgeting, Cash Forecasting, Revenue and expenditure variance analysis, Capital assets reconciliations. Check runs Fixed asset activity, Debt Activity

- Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles

- Coordinate and complete annual audits and provide recommendations

- Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions

- Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy

- Meet financial accounting objectives

- Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to Document transactions.

- CA, Post CA completion minimum 3-4 years of experience

- knowledge of Income tax/ GST and Indian Accounting Standards (IND - AS). Daily & Monthly MIS, Direct tax compliance, Indirect tax compliance, Internal control debt raising activity, Coordinate, and complete annual audits.

- Role will involve managing and supporting in accounts related activities for our other group companies.
