Role Purpose:

This position is responsible for developing and driving the revenue generation, retention and account strategy of a portfolio of solutions to an identified set of strategic accounts.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for building, growing and delivering against revenue targets on a quarterly and fiscal year basis in identified strategic accounts.

Responsible for the development of business models for selling new and existing products and fundamentally developing the way in which we approach this segment of customers.

Develop customer relationships at a senior level across strategic accounts, supporting senior leadership in understanding how customers use the products, nuances of selling into this space and who the decision makers are.

Advocates product and service opportunities, information or feedback gathered through client activity to appropriate internal resources, including relevant business issues.

Ensures a successful transition post-sale to the necessary teams (Implementation & Service) to enable successful implementation, training and product adoption

Combining insight with knowledge of the market, customers, competitors and the company's capabilities to capitalize on account opportunities that have not been previously acknowledged.

Utilizes knowledge of business and workflows to determine and position value-added solutions offering to promote business growth in the firm and to increase sales and customer retention.
