Account Manager - Banking/Lending
Key Responsibilities:
- Orchestrate and influence a multi-disciplinary team to maximize customer impact and achieve account goals.
- Develop a strategy for the account focusing on critical success factors, measurable milestones, and scalable processes for growth.
- Collaborate with PreSales, Customer Success, and Product teams for upselling, cross-selling, and rapid landscape assessment.
- Educate customers on industry trends, competition, and best practices for optimizing product consumption.
- Utilize customer data to gain insights into behaviour, preferences, and satisfaction levels, driving action to influence metrics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Decision Makers to influence solution adoption and secure advocacy.
- Ensure successful launches and implementations, resolving key client issues and improving program governance processes.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive customer success strategy aligned with company goals, partnering with customer C-level.
- Provide oversight to project teams when necessary, acting as the escalation point for both customer and delivery teams.
- Review channel/customer metrics to understand account health, identify trends, and drive value conversations with customers.
- Lead, set goals, define priorities, manage performance, and drive engagement and development of the team.
About You:
- 10+ years leading customer-facing organizations with a track record of driving success and revenue growth.
- Deep understanding of Financial Services industry and digital transformation, particularly with large organizations.
- Client-Obsessed: Know clients' businesses inside out, network at executive levels, and ensure appropriate engagement.
- Consultative approach to navigate client complexities across industries and lifecycles.
- Proven ability to guide, lead, and coach client leadership/project teams through complex programs.
- Capability to navigate complicated customer and internal relationships for win/win outcomes.
- Ability to mobilize and inspire diverse teams to drive successful business outcomes.
- A teacher at heart, capable of simplifying complex concepts to empower customers.
- Exhibit thought leadership and curiosity about Digital Trends and emerging technology.
- Analytical mindset for data analysis, trend identification, and data-driven decision-making.
