Currently we are hiring for Accounts Manager for Relio Quick (www.relioquick.com).

Location- Mumbai/Chennai/Bangalore/Hyderabad

Experience- 5+ years

Job Specification -

Developing new clients for business generation,

- Preparation and execution of Business Plan of the set of existing / former clients being allocated / handled (designated clients),

- Achieving the Gross Margin target,

- Responsibility of overall Business Development and Delivery of jobs of the designated clients,

- Ensuring highest level of Customer Satisfaction,

- Building a team of competent, motivated Account Executive(s)** by recommending to Branch Manager Incentive schemes, Rewards & Recognition as well as Mentoring, Coaching and Training of Account Executive(s).

- Performance Management of the Account Executive(s)**.

- Ensuring compliance to statutory requirements and ISO systems and processes

Minimum 3 years experience of handling ATL & BTL business of an Agency in capacity of Account Executive.
