Roles and Responsibilities:
- Plan Sales volumes for potential Vertical Focus Customers majorly in the Chemical, Glass, Oil & Pharmaceutical industries.
- Responsible for driving Sales of Automation, Drives, Process Automation Solutions, Service portfolio as well as Digitalization Solutions to the set of vertical focus customers as a primary function and will also be accountable for set commercial targets and implementation of various business initiatives based on current and future market trends.
- Analyzes and evaluates markets and needs of potential or existing customers.
- Provides information via CRM for Forecasts and Planning.
- Prepares Customer Development Plans, builds and maintains a customer focused ecosystem.
- Orchestrate the complete Ecosystem of Vertical Focus Accounts, OEMs, Consultants & System Integrators.
- Be able to provide consultation to Customers about the Best Practices and benchmark approaches in the market in order to present Siemens as a competent partner in the CGO & Pharma Industry
- Take initiatives for the assigned Vertical Focus Customers and support them in their Digital Transformation journey.
- Investigates and evaluates specific business opportunities for Products / Solutions / Services by analyzing short term ,mid-term & long terms investments of customers in this Industry / Vertical market.
- Supports customers directly in cost/benefits analyses and calculations in order to demonstrate specific advantages of using Siemens products / services & solutions thus facilitate PULL Creation for Siemens.
- Facilitate organization in contract negotiations at all stages.
- Prepares and negotiates projects in collaboration with Business Development, Proposals and Execution teams.
- Responsible for driving Order Income and Revenue targets and related reporting for assigned Vertical Focus accounts
Requirements
- B.E / B.Tech/ in Electrical / Instrumentation / Chemical Engineering with 10-15 years of experience
- Process knowledge and work Experience specially in one of the Industry Verticals like Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals, Glass, Oil & Gas etc will be preferred
- Extremely well developed proficiency in the area of customer relationship & management as well as in the area of selling & negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
