Account Executive/Senior Executive - Sales - SaaS -IT

We are looking at onboarding a highly effective Software Account Management ("Farmer") professional for a strategically important position based out of Mumbai.

Responsibilities:

- Participate in the entire customer lifecycle from on-boarding through the duration of the engagement

- Become an expert of our platform. Deliver presentations, demos and workshops to drive product adoption and new product sales.

- Participate in requirements discovery and ongoing project execution. Work with the Product team to ensure that customer's requirements are adequately represented in the deployed product.

- Provide product training to customer and address their day-to-day issues.

- Drive product adoption post-deployment

- Communicate and brain-storm with the product team on customer feedback and help refine product roadmap

- Deeply understand customer business and technology needs; become the face of Perceptiviti for the customer

- Develop deep relationships across the spectrum at the customer organization, from operating levels to senior leaders.

- Manage and grow the customer relationship, identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Perceptiviti's product stack.

Key Qualifications:

- MBA (preferably) or equivalent with B.E/B.Tech.

- 3-8 years of experience in technology sales and/or project execution with sales orientation for insurance companies.

- Deep understanding of technology, software solutions, and SaaS

- Understanding and experience in Insurance Domain, preferably health insurance.

- Experience of enterprise software implementations

- Strong interpersonal relationships and communication skills.

- A charming personality with an ability to influence people.
