- Its technology products simplify and enhance the company's employee engagement programs, track global social impact, and improve ESG performance. The company is currently used by 200+ global customers - including Target, Gap, Dell, Amazon, and P&G, engaging 1 million+ employee volunteers to 40,000+ nonprofits across 90+ countries across the globe.

Responsibilities (What You'll be Doing) :

- Achieve sales goals and business objectives

- Establish KPIs with sales team and track performance on monthly/quarterly basis

- Build and communicate company's business value across various buyer profiles

- Build and manage high-quality pipeline of Global 2000 organizations in your territory

- Expand engagements within existing clients

- Build strong relationships with existing clients to foster case studies and references

- Accurately forecast new business (size, timing, probability) to effectively manage plan

- Quarterly Business Reviews to discuss retrospectives and make adjustments

- Collaborate with Implementation and Consulting teams to ensure client success

Qualifications and Expectations (More About the Role) :

Qualifications :

- 5+ years of proven sales or account management success, preferably in SaaS technology or CSR/Sustainability fields

- Experience selling to Global 2000 companies

- Consultative selling skills

- Strength in client communications (in-person, phone, email)

- Experience evangelizing new products and solutions at early stage company

- BS/BA/MA/MS degree

Expectations :

- Effective cross-functional communication (marketing, services, product, HR, etc)

- Highly self-motivated, history of setting and achieving goals

- Great team player who brings a positive attitude to the team

- Resilient and determined, able to diagnose and work through challenges

- Maintain Salesforce CRM with current information

- Desire to contribute to society while driving revenue
