Responsibilities (What You'll be Doing) :
- Achieve sales goals and business objectives
- Establish KPIs with sales team and track performance on monthly/quarterly basis
- Build and communicate company's business value across various buyer profiles
- Build and manage high-quality pipeline of Global 2000 organizations in your territory
- Expand engagements within existing clients
- Build strong relationships with existing clients to foster case studies and references
- Accurately forecast new business (size, timing, probability) to effectively manage plan
- Quarterly Business Reviews to discuss retrospectives and make adjustments
- Collaborate with Implementation and Consulting teams to ensure client success
Qualifications and Expectations (More About the Role) :
Qualifications :
- 5+ years of proven sales or account management success, preferably in SaaS technology or CSR/Sustainability fields
- Experience selling to Global 2000 companies
- Consultative selling skills
- Strength in client communications (in-person, phone, email)
- Experience evangelizing new products and solutions at early stage company
- BS/BA/MA/MS degree
