The Role:

We are looking for a hunter, and a highly driven result-oriented sales executive who can open new accounts, meet targets, and help grow the business exponentially

Qualifications:

- Must have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in acquisition & closing of IT Services projects.

Requirements:

- Must have experience selling to Fortune 1000 companies, SMB, and well-funded startups.

- Must have an existing set of contacts and the ability to nurture new contacts.

- Sound technical knowledge of advanced Web/Mobile/digital marketing technologies trending today.

- Explore & target new business leads & opportunities in software, mobile, web, and cloud development domains.

- Must be analytical enough to understand project requirements and prepare the detailed proposal, pre-sales discussions, negotiations, closing the sales and handing over the client to the delivery team.

- Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients and prepare compelling proposals to secure the business.

- Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities, secure new logos, and able to propose project budgeting.

- Should have the experience in handling the lead generation team, motivate them, support them for qualified leads.

- Self-motivated to meet sales target regularly.

- Strong negotiation skills.

- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence.

- Demonstrated knowledge of Selling in the Software Services Industry.

- Very detail-oriented and perceptive

- Not afraid of uncertainty and enjoy new challenges

- Technically proficient
