About The Role: The Account Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end sales cycle for CloudKitchens space solution.
Responsibilities:
- Generates high-quality leads by reaching out to prospects in the form of cold calls, e-mails or social networks.
- Sources leads and evaluates opportunities to determine their viability as a cloud kitchen operator
- Crafts effective pitches and mutual beneficial contract terms that demonstrate an understanding of both current market conditions' impact on restaurant P&L and client wants and needs
- Builds and maintains efficient, varied sales pipeline (SMBs, enterprise, local heroes, etc.), successfully closing out potential customers in a timely manner
- Proactively engages with restaurants on site as part of relationship building and conducting the overall sales pitch
- Nurtures existing customer relationships to get referral business and secure kitchens across multiple facilities
- Ensures an accurate license agreement is in place along with the customer's first deposit before initiating the handover to onboarding. Handover includes transfer of all relevant information pertinent to the sale (i.e. deal terms, special requirements, contact information etc.)
- Utilizes Salesforce to track outreach, organize the sales pipeline for maximum efficiency, and leverage data to develop and optimize selling tactics/strategy to maximize success
- Develops and maintains internal relationships to set proper expectations with potential customers and continually seeks out value adding opportunities (for customers) that other teams can test out
- Actively participates in best practice sharing, training and knowledge exchange across the sales team to improve overall performance
