Role:  - Leading the Experienced Talent Acquisition RPO solution onsite (financial services giant)  - Administer complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements  - Work closely with the client to build an innovative model of recruitment; engage in project discovery, solution and delivery  - Devise and executed strategies to generate and maintain a high quality database of top talent globally, defining clear objectives, risks, owners, and follow-through mechanisms   - Provide day-to-day team member oversight, inclusive of anticipating resource demands and balancing workload accordingly, as well as ensuring that quality standards are achieved; manage operations; liable for teams and deliver SLAs (Service Level Agreement); make process, tools, data, and metrics improvements   - Communicate all critical elements to stakeholders, including status, progress, and gaps to Global Leadership, while effectively solving problems with them; manage and influence complex partner relationships globally (Staffing Channels Teams, Cross-functional Partners and so on)   - Perform Dual duty of reporting to Client's Regional Leadership & RPO's Head   - Cover domains across Front office, Middle Office, Back Office and Technology sectors  Candidate Profile:  - Professional qualification in a field related to HR is preferred   - 12-15 years of experience, capable of taking quick decisions when required  - Banking technology experience would be preferred  - Mature and balanced individual with high level of drive and energy   - A profile with a good mix of agency as well as corporate would be preferred
