Job Description:
- Strategic Management of the Assigned Account- Smooth execution, Strategic guidance, Innovation on the account, client satisfaction and Upselling
- Strategize and execute social media and digital branding programs with various internal and external cross functional business partners.
- Identifying future needs of the client and defining workflows for the team accordingly.
- Ensure a regular line of communication with the assigned clients and ensure client satisfaction at all times.
- Developing Business Intelligence reports based on client interactions and secondary research that aids the team to better understand key client requirements and market opportunities.
- Understand client/ brand needs and consistently work towards innovating/ upselling on the account
- Review new platforms/ trends and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
- Ensuring proper protocol and communication etiquettes are adhered to at all times (for ex: emails, deadlines on deliverables, follow-ups, timely responses to clients and colleagues, etc.)
- Ensure initial and ongoing training and development of the respective team.
- Ensure all processes and policies are adhered to. Set new processes/ policies on need basis.
- Assign targets, KRAs and KPIs to the team assigned and ensure they work towards achieving the same.
- Ensure smooth intra team communications and process deliveries.
