- Work on Brand Strategy and Communication development with an account planning team
- Proactively Add value to Clients business through Strategic initiatives & innovativeness
- Seamlessly take charge of servicing requirement for assigned clients from brief to execution
- Responsible for work delivery and stakeholder management internally and at client's end
- Build strong relationships at the client side at appropriate levels
- Promote the Agency to the client to reinforce confidence & grow the business
- Achieve regular recognition of the agency's work from Clients & Industry
- Participate in the development of creative work that is worthy of submission at awards
- Ensure excellent commercial management of the businesses handled, through achievement of business targets, accurate & timely billing & collections
- Work with Branch Head on new business
Mandatory:
- Should have worked in agencies of repute
- Exposure to a pure ATL role in a proper hardcore ad agency environment with related dynamics is a MUST
- Educational qualification in a relevant field of study
