About Role :
This role is about account management and leading subordinate staff. Your mission will involve managing relationships with clients, building business and leading account management team.
Responsibilities :
- Plan budgets and activities for account management in the company
- Understand customer requirements and needs to offer suitable solutions and generate new business
- Serve as the point of contact for customers to build portfolio & resolve issues
- Ensure timely delivery of services and products to strengthen customer trust
- Communicate overall quarterly/annual progress to senior management and external stakeholders
- Lead team, provide feedback and counsel account staff to meet quotas/objectives
Essential Requirements :
- 12-16 years experience in startup or marketing/ Ad agencies as account director or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with aptitude in fostering long-term relationships
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office and/or relevant software (e.g. Salesforce)
