Digital Media professional with an experience of around 8 to 10 years, preferably from a similar industry background either in a PR / Digital Agency set-up.

- To drive client strategy across its portfolio of accounts and advise clients on how to achieve their business goals in the most effective manner by utilizing their various marketing channels most efficiently, advising on the interplay and integration between all digital channels and ensuring that advice is delivered with confidence and gravitas

- To drive business growth through existing clients, developing a proactive action plan for existing clients in order to meet client retention and budget targets.

- To build and sustain strong and long-lasting relationships with client-side senior managers.

- To specifically identify, propose, and implement new projects and campaigns in order to meet and exceed each Client's ROI and service expectations and to maximize revenue and profit

- To proactively advise clients about digital marketing landscape developments and ensure that campaign strategies are adapted in a timely fashion to meet all relevant requirements

- To ensure that the Client reporting utilizes the right metrics, delivers robust insight, includes clear actions and relates clearly to achievement against agreed objectives. To ensure that reports are professionally written and proofed, following all relevant quality guidelines.

- To maintain a strong understanding and high proficiency of use of the key analytical and market intelligence tools (Google Analytics, Adobe etc) and ensure analysis and insight are drawn from these tools on an ongoing basis to maximize the delivery of Client campaigns.

- Demonstrate high levels of professionalism and leadership by being diligent, thorough and making a positive impact during every BD engagement.

- Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential client- s; discovering and exploring opportunities.

- Overall responsible for drafting and leading business plans for the company with strong bias to action.

- Acquires knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators.

- Establish and manage relationships with existing client's and business associates in order to create new opportunities for the agency.
