They connect brands to the vast opportunities available on digital, retaining the essence of what it stands for.   Role in detail:  - At an overall level, the role has 3 expectations (2 functional and 1 strategic)-  - Managing the current key accounts of the agency.  - Facilitating new business pitches.  - Be a part of the company's core team and enabling alignment of the entire company to help move towards the vision.  - Responsible for retention and revenue maximisation of clients.  - Interact and understand the client's needs and objectives to promote their brand on Digitally.  - Team management to ensure quality execution of campaigns finalised   Digital Strategy : Developed digital strategies including, creative solutions, media, social media, content, viral, affiliate, SEO and Website development solutions.   Suitability :  - Must have the hunger and enthusiasm for contributing to the growth of the digital revolution in India.  - People from mainline advertising who do not have extensive digital experience can apply, but should have fair understanding and interest into digital.  - Team handling experience is mandatory with the ability to manage and influence team members.  This role would report to the Co-founders of the company.
