Responsibilities : - Working in partnership with the Brand Strategy team based in Mumbai. Due to continued success in the region, they require an experienced Account Director to work closely with the team on highly recognized clients' across Mumbai. - The Account Director will be the point of contact for day-to-day management of our clients digital advertising agency and posses the ability to sell new ideas and solutions to existing and new clients. - You will be responsible for managing current client accounts and supporting the Senior Team in all new business activity; from writing and delivering key pitches, to creating strategies for revenue growth targets. - You are responsible for retaining and growing our clients but also identifying new commercial activities, opportunities and driving business growth. - Growing existing clients to full potential and also ensuring they are never under-serviced. - Strategic point of contact for senior clients and establishing strong relationships. &nbsp;- Work with management team to bring creative solutions to prospective clients and to build the business of current clients. Requirements : - 5 - 7 years core experience in digital advertising or media agency environment is a must. - Exceptional new business and client facing skills. - Well-versed in all forms of digital media (social, search, content, display, affiliate, email, mobile) - Experience in growing, managing and inspiring internal teams; strong leadership and organizational skills must be complemented by relationship building management style. - Outstanding interpersonal and networking skills; constantly communicating and negotiating with clients or business associates
