Account Director - Client Servicing - Advertising Agency

This is an immediate opening with a leading advertising agency.

- Is the day-to-day guardian of the clients brand image

- Ensures that jobs are correctly billed and within budget and understands how the agency makes money and the financial process.

- Ensures agency systems and procedures are adhered to and/or improved to ensure client expectations are fulfilled while agency profitability is protected.

- Proactively consults with key departments and divisions to keep them informed of upcoming workload; keeps supervisor informed so there are no surprises.

- Imbues all team members with a sense of fiscal responsibility, and establishes a tone that keeps the fiscal side of the account running responsibly.

- Forms strong bonds with clients; earning their respect and confidence.
