As an Account Director, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients.
What you will do:
- Serving as the main point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned clients.
- Developing and implementing strategic account plans to achieve client objectives and drive growth.
- Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling agency services.
- Overseeing the planning, execution, and optimization of client campaigns.
- Ensuring the delivery of high-quality work that exceeds client expectations.
- Leading and mentoring a team of account managers and executives.
- Fostering a collaborative and high-performance work culture within the account management team.
- Managing account budgets and ensuring profitability.
- Monitoring financial performance against client contracts and agency targets.
- Developing strategies to retain and grow existing client accounts.
- Proactively addressing client concerns and providing effective solutions.
- Collaborating with the business development team to identify new opportunities within existing
clients.
- Contributing to pitches and proposals to secure new business.
What you need to have:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in account management within an agency.
- Currently holding a Senior Account Manager position and ready for career growth.
- Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and delivering results.
- Strong understanding of marketing and advertising strategies.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
