KEY ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Drive revenue growth in key strategic accounts by focusing on driving long term high value contracts and strategic engagements
- Increase service adoption and coverage in key customers by consultative selling to multiple business units and teams. - Play an active part in Technology Strategy, Solutions strategy.
- Work closely with customer and practice teams to ensure cross selling.
- Work closely with resourcing team
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
- Ideal candidate should have 15 -17 Years of experience with at least 6 - 8 years of experience in Project Management / delivery predominantly in Business Intelligence and Information Management space.
- Experience in IT services business Development consulting and sales to multi-Industries like retail, CPG, or Manufacturing.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with C-level executives and senior leadership layer.
- Should have played Client facing role for a minimum of 8 years as lead/Manager, Sales and Account Manager primarily for India Accounts and IDC's.
- Should have demonstrated experience in working with the resourcing team and customer to position delivery teams.
- Excellent Communication Skills (both Written and Verbal)
