- New Business Development - Developing New Clients & reviving Dormant Clients
- Able to spearhead activation team
- Client Interfacing, servicing & manage all client's requirement as per briefing
- Translating Brand briefs into creative proposals.
- Maintaining regular Brand feedback from on-ground campaigns.
- Managing & developing marketing strategies for key accounts.
- Taking pro-active steps to formulate brand strategies- on-ground-BTL.
- Grab new opportunities through proactive market intelligence system.
- Generate new business opportunities from existing clients.
- Activation of various Medias - BTL- Roadshows/College/Mall activities/Mobile Exhibitions etc.
- Team motivation and retention.
- Team Expansion - Both Creative and Servicing.
- Accountable for creative, operation & production planning for the project/campaigns.
- Managing cash flow of the organization ensuring on-time receipt of payments.
