- Drive the development of the Account strategic plans
- Develop and drive the Account management cadence (across Sales, Delivery, Finance)
- Ensure Account targets are clear and communicated to the Account team
- Contribute to Client survey planning
- Suggest and participate in process improvement initiatives. Leverage best practice from Region and Industry
- Ensuring the performance requirements related to the Client's strategic business planning (business, strategic options, business assessment, and business operating plans) requirements are met
- Support the Client Partners to prepare for management reviews
- Assist Client Partners with account management cadence and financial governance. Ensure actions are followed up
- Maintain account Risk Register
- Contribute to pursuit support and proposal reviews
- Assist Client Partners to communicate survey requirements to clients
- Acts as the single point of contact (SPOC) for all account business operations & commercial related matters
- Client Business Operations Interface / Satisfaction - Provides the client interface for any business operations matters, and is accountable for client business operation satisfaction as a part of Client Satisfaction Survey process
- Working with Client counterpart (s) to manage and meet commitments, requirements, expectations, and to resolve where possible, any issues raised by the Client
- Main interface with CCM (Commercial & Contract Manager) to drive resolution of commercial issues.
- Support Client Partners as go-to person for getting business done. Escalation to Industry Ops lead as necessary
- Support the Client Partner in contract renewals and variations
- Assist with transition & transformation activities post-contract signing
- Assist with resolving Accounts Payable issues
- Assist with commercial processes to enable business to run
