Specifically, you will -
- Create and execute our ABM strategy, processes and metrics. Working with account managers, you will jointly build, nurture and accelerate an opportunity pipeline
- Interface with account managers to understand account priorities, personas and campaign goals
- Use secondary research to build your own account profiles, identify campaign themes and equip inside sales and account managers with deep account insights
- Proactively engage with account teams and business unit leadership to rally teams around your process and maximize the impact of your campaigns
- Design and execute one-to-one and one-to-few campaigns in an engaging, impactful way through multiple channels (email, digital, social, events)
- Understand customers- strategy and challenges and write content and messaging that resonate with personas and drive campaign effectiveness
- Track lead flow and pipeline movement through Salesforce.com and other tools. Measure and report impact at each stage
- Ensure compliance to privacy and confidentiality guidelines for multiple geographies. Lead a team of two to maintain a database of named contacts of target personas
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align marketing strategy and campaign calendar. Work with the creative team and external agency to craft campaigns that align with our brand guidelines
- Improve marketing effectiveness through sharper customer and persona segmentation, process rigor and tools
- Provoke marketing and business leadership with new age marketing techniques and technologies
- Are metrics-driven and can separate vanity metrics from business-essential ones
- Can find a way around things in a resource-constrained environment
- Demonstrate attention to detail, have built practical, sustainable processes, and are excellent at project management
- Are curious to understand customers- strategy and personas and write engaging content
- Understand the sales and account management process, along with GTM strategy
- Believe in partnership and demonstrate high EQ to rally teams through influence than direct reporting
- Have worked in an ABM role for the last 5-8 years, preferably in a B2B technology industry
- Studied business and marketing (MBA preferred)
