Purpose of the job (brief summary):- Account Acquirer principal responsibility is to support zonal business development teams in conversion of qualified sales requirements i.e. Qualified Leads into Customer and secure their first order. Further responsibilities are for a smooth handover of the customer to one of the designated Partner Account manager for their day to day operational and further business requirements.
- Account Acquirer role is to convert passive to active customers. Should be well verse with sales skills capabilities and should strive to learn more about products to hone up their sales pitch to customers.
- Upselling is also required as a skill.
Key Tasks/Responsibilities:- Closure of all qualified leads
- Converting passive to active customers
- Maximizing the no. of closures and conversions of all qualified leads shared by TD
- Regular updates to Zonal Business Manager on competition analysis and TD performance.
- Presentation skills for over a video call
Experience & Education:- Proven sales experience of 0-2 Years
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- BTech in Mechanical or Civil Engineering or Similar Diploma courses
- Comfortable working with CRM
- Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
- Computer use competency
- Strong communication, negotiations and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and drive
