Accord Software & Systems - Assistant Manager - Finance & Accounts

- Business support on indirect taxes.

- Reviewing all indirect tax returns (VAT, Service Tax, Customs, Excise Duty) and payment calculation and submission.

- Service Tax refund follow up.

- Timely submission of central and state government incentives claims and follow up from departments, namely:

i) ESDM

ii) SFIS

iii) MEIS

iv) Duty Drawback

v) Capital subsidies

vi) EHS

- Responsible for 100% payroll accuracy (Review payroll details, reconciliations, payslips, handling escalated queries).

- Should be proactive in assessing payroll related taxes, related labour laws and reports.

- Review of invoicing & debtors management.

- Any other jobs as assigned by CFO.

- Very good in oral and written communication.
