Job Description Key Responsibilities 1. Compile payroll data from time sheets, and inputs from various channels for payroll processing, 2. Calculate and deduct appropriate amounts from payroll checks, including tax withholdings and other perks 3. Reconcile with Books & Payroll Register and passing of Salary entries 4. Process employee payroll statements on time and through finance team. 5. Obtain and verify direct deposit banking information from employees. 6. Handling payroll statutory compliance. 7. process of final statements/PF withdrawals and transfers/incentive dues for exit employees, 8. Intimation and collection of IT declarations, updating and collection of proofs and updating in adrenalin TDS 9. Maintain MIS for entire transactions. 10. Oversee internal payroll and accounting audits on scheduled basis 11. Maintain general ledger with regard to payroll transactions 12. Assist with other HR department duties as needed. Desired Candidate Profile 1. Payroll experience 2. Expert in Microsoft Excel and Word Proficiency 3. Well versed with ERP system, MS Dynamics and MS excel 4. Excellent interpersonal skills 5. Attention to Detail
