Total Rewards Specialist is responsible for performing/supporting end to end compensation cycle processes and supporting tools: Rewards Strategy, Market Intelligence, Compensation Planning, Annual compensation review, Variable Pay - administration and calculation, Employee communication, Benefits, Executive compensation, documentation, reward policies and ad-hoc reporting & metrics.
- The Specialist will be responsible to ensure quality delivery, participate in all identified opportunities for improvement and also drive best practice sharing between GU comp teams.
- Incumbent will also have people management responsibilities of the team members working closely with his/her supervisor.
Responsibility: Operations Management
Tasks:
- Collaborate with team on a daily basis in order to meet deadlines and produce high quality SSC deliverables
- Escalate issues to his/her supervisor that may impact the completion or quality of the deliverables he/she is responsible for
- Closely work with the GU compensation teams on any new transitions/ad-hoc requests
Responsibility: Customer (Global/Country/GU) Relationships Management & Satisfaction
Tasks:
- Proactively contribute to improving customer relationships and efficiently apply all new measures to enhance the customer’s satisfaction
- Assist his/her supervisor in managing day to day relationship with the customer and address and escalate issues/questions as needed
Responsibility: Process Responsibilities
Tasks:
- Effectively engage with stakeholders to fulfil the delivery responsibilities
- Guide the Analysts and Senior Analysts in the team to ensure high quality deliverables
- Collaborate with other process leads to ensure compliance to global timelines and methodologies
- Ensure clear and elaborate documentation (Job aid, SOP, Check lists etc.) to make the process people independent

Tasks:
- Performance management for the team members
- Guide the Analysts and Senior Analysts in the team to ensure high quality deliverables and extend support as required
- Ensure that the team receives required training to be able ensure quality results
- Drive the team to do value creation and reinforce high performance culture
