Accenture - Technology Consulting Manager - IoT/Digital Manufacturing - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

Key Responsibilities:

Engagement Management:

- Lead or support project teams in delivery of projects

People Development:

- Develop a team of professionals to enable growth

Perform role of counselor and coach, provide input and guidance into the firm's staffing process, and actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities

Domain knowledge:

- Deep experience and expertise in IoT

- Should have knowledge about various leading IoT platforms and should have worked with IoT platform providers

- Should have worked on connected product, digital manufacturing and IOT in supply chain for Indian customers

- Should have knowledge about the IoT ecosystem

- Should have been engaging with multiple customers in India for Consulting for IoT projects, implementation of an IoT project or implementation of point of contact (PoC)

- A minimum of 10 years experience in Digital including at least five years experience in IoT and IIoT

- An excellent, established track record for delivering, preparing RFP response, technical solutions for systems integration and consulting engagements

- Excellent client-facing skills along with prior demonstrated experience as an individual contributor and team lead roles

- Industry Preference- Consumer Products and Goods and Industrial Equipment and Automotive

- Engagement Management: Engage with customer for IoT opportunities and develop the business case and use case for IoT

- Work with a technical architect to develop proposal and solutions for the IoT opportunities

- Develop the IoT business for Accenture in India

Skills Required:

- Experience in managing teams and has leadership skills

- Should demonstrate a team-oriented and collaborative approach,

- Excellent communication skills, including strong oral and written communication capabilities

- Excellent client-facing skills along with prior demonstrated experience of leading teams at various stages

- Project management skills including the ability to work and plan effectively with minimal direction in ambiguous situations, and manage the implementation of the plan

Must be able to work with limited direction and self-driven

Experience : 

Minimum of 7 - 10 years experience

Qualification : MBA from a Tier 1 B School
