Role would work closely with both local and global stakeholders in each of these areas. Incumbent would also be managing a team and would coach and mentor them. Key Responsibilities: - - Lead all Leadership Matters efforts including but not limited to MD Integration, Payroll planning, Performance Achievement, Promotions, Rewards, Exit, MD metrics, Roles and Chargeability, Career Counseling. Directly work with the IG HR and Business Leads on each of these areas liaising with the Global Technology MD matters team - Lead Talent Analytics initiatives for ATCI (Advanced Technology Centers, India) from defining agenda for the year to taking the outcomes to Leadership and also driving meaningful action based on the insights. - Manage Performance Achievement for ATCI (Advanced Technology Centers, India) working closely with the FHR teams, HR &amp; Business Leads and global PA team - Manage team of 5 (Role has both Individual contributor and people management responsibilities) Specifications: - - Looking for tenured Managers as there would be two Level 8 reporting to this person. - Should be comfortable to work in a dynamic and multiple stakeholder environment and manage ambiguity - Should be a quick learner and needs ability to manage ambiguity - Should be able to think independently to customize &amp; design programs - Role provides tremendous learning opportunities in each of the areas of responsibility - People having exposure in Field HR roles / Program Management roles with analytical bend will be suitable - If employees have done only TFS / Recruitment roles they would not suit this requirement. - The person should be matured enough as it involves Sr Stakeholder interactions.
